The Dinks
We had limited time in San Antonio so the only thing different to call out is puffy tacos. These tacos are made with a crispy, deep-fried shell that puffs up when cooked, creating a light and airy texture. The filling can vary, but traditional options include seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken, along with lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Puffy tacos are a must-try – trust me you will thank me.
